Roger Sell Cert Ed, APIOL - Managing DirectorRoger is the co-owner of CRS Adventures with his wife Clare. A professional and personable individual, he has worked within the outdoor adventure industry for many years. Roger's qualifications as an instructor include: Kayaking, canoeing, moorland walking, caving, power boating, orienteering, team tasks, white water rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking and many more. |

Clare's professional attitude and warm personality, backed by her extensive experience make her a first class instructor. Jevon Jennings - Lead InstructorThis is Jevon’s second season at CRS, he has been kayaking for 8 years, and climbing for 4. He enjoys being outside and trying new sports. He is looking forward to spending more and more time in the outdoor industry. Meeting new people and gaining more qualifications on the way. In his spare time he likes to kayak and climb all over the South West and further afield. |

Adam Habasinski - Lead InstructorAdam started his career as an outdoor instructor after graduating as the top student of his year from Bicton College. He has loved being in the outdoors since a young age and enjoys passing on his skills and knowledge to others. He is a keen mountain biker and has ridden throughout the UK and Europe. He also enjoys surfing, canoeing and kayakng. |

Jessie Belmonte - InstructorThis will be Jess’ first season at CRS Adventures. She previously did an intensive instructor training course at Bicton College. Her favourite activities are rock climbing, Canoeing and Kayaking and is looking forward to her future in the outdoor industry. |

Mary Hyam - InstructorThis is Mary’s first season working at CRS Adventures after completing an intensive training course based here at the park. Mary’s favourite activities include caving, climbing, canoeing and mountain biking. Mary used to work in the circus but has always wanted to work within the outdoor industry. |

Natalie Wood - InstructorThis is Nat’s first season at CRS Adventures as a full time Instructor as she has worked here in the summer for us for the last two years. She has also just finished the Dart Training Group Instructor Training Course and she is looking forward to a career in the outdoors. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, climbing, caving and walking. |
