Just follow the steps...
Contact us by telephone on 01364 653444 to discuss your exact requirements and check availability.
Download the booking form and complete it then e-mail or post it back.
Once we have received the booking form we will send you a provisional programme with a deposit invoice.
Return your deposit payment and the booking will be confirmed.
Download the events pack with the additional paperwork that will need completing for each participant.
One month before the event the remaining balance is due.
One week before the event return the medical forms & other paperwork from the events pack.
