Dare Devils and Day Activities
During the summer school holidays we run Dare Devil activities and Day Activities to allow membersof the public and visitors to the River Dart Country Park to experience some of the adventures that we offer.
Dare Devils
Dare Devils activities are instructor supervised adventurous activities for visitors to the River Dart Country Park. These activities are at an extra cost and run everyday during the school holidays from 9th April - 2nd May, 28th May - 5th June and 16th July - 31st August inclusive. Daredevil activities are also running on weekends between 9th April - 25th September. Day Activities
If you relish a challenge, CRS Adventures offer a day rock climbing and abseiling on and around Dartmoor, a day out in an open boat canoe on the beautiful Dart Estuary or a day exploring one of our local caves. Led by qualified Instructors from CRS Adventures, these activities are for any member of the family aged 8 years and over. Children can take part unaccompanied by parents or join in and make a family day out!
These activities run on weekdays commencing Monday 18th July and finishing 26th August. Pre-booking is essential as only three groups of 8 persons can participate each day, with one group canoeing, one group climbing and one group caving. Please bring packed lunch and wear old clothes that you do not mind getting dirty and stained for caving!
